.... and baby too!!!!

So, my mother-in-law encouraged me to start a blog during my pregnancy to keep me busy and occupied! It was a very good idea! As  most of you all ready know, Tim and I found out a few weeks ago that I was pregnant! It was a little bit of a surprise, but a very rewarding one! We went to the doctor's office and found out I was 6 weeks along. I was feeling great and thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones to skip the morning sickness!!!!! But as most of you know...... I have had morning sickness for the last 3 weeks. I have tried every trick in the book. I am very thankful for all the suggestions and tips that I received over the last few days. They were some-what helpful. I finally had a real doctor's appointment yesterday, April 18, 2012. We were able to hear the baby's heart beat. We could also see the little head, hands, feet, nose, and bottom, which was super cool! I had my blood drawn for the first time, and I must say that I did not pass out! The doctor and nurses were so kind. I could not have asked for a better first time baby doctor's visit!
